傅山医学教育思想对中医药人才培养的启示

摘  要:傅山是明末清初著名的思想家、文学家、诗人、书画家、医学家。据文献记载,傅山自甲申之变后开始行医卖药,在长期的医学实践中积累了丰富的经验,“擅医之名遍山右”。通过傅山的医学成就、行医缘由和医学源流入手,结合我国现行的中医药院校教育与师承教育相结合的中医药教育模式,凝练出4个方面的启示:首重医德,须有济世之志;勤勉好学,须能学无常家;注重实践,须有用药之微;革故鼎新,须有不时变化。以期对新时代中医药人才教育培育提供有益启示。Fu Shan is a famous thinker,litterateur,poet,calligrapher and medical scientist in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.According to documents,Fu Shan begins to practice medicine and sell medicine after the Jiashen Incident,and accumulates rich experience in long-term medical practice.The reputation of medical excellence is widespread.Starting from Fu Shan′s medical achievements,reasons for practicing medicine and medical origins,and combining with the current TCM education model of the combination of college education and the succession of teachings from a master to his disciples,this paper summarizes the enlightenment in four aspects.Medical ethics,namely,the will to help people in the world,which is the first priority point;diligent and eager to learn,namely,the will to learn from different and excellent medical experts;focusing on practice,namely,the attention of subtleties of medication;reform and innovation,namely,the consciousness of constant changes.It is expected to provide useful enlightenment for the education and cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine talents in the new era.
