摘 要:以海昏侯国遗址博物馆青铜豆形灯为原型,进行文创灯具设计,结合用户需求的优先级,提出一种设计方案评价方法,提升文创灯具的使用体验。以用户对文创灯具的需求为出发点,运用模糊卡诺模型进行用户需求分类,结合层次分析法排出用户需求优先级,确定用户需求,将情感化设计理论融入文创灯具设计中,提升用户使用体验。卡诺模型分析便于精准找到用户痛点,有助于情感化设计的融入,实现文化价值的层次化传递。通过渐进的多层次体验,加深用户对灯具的情感化体验,提高文创灯具的利用率。模糊卡诺模型与层次分析法的结合可以更精准地把握用户需求偏好,建立用户与产品之间的情感连接。Taking a bronze bean-shaped lamp from Nanchang Relic Museum for Haihun Principality as a prototype,it designs cultural and creative lamps and proposes an evaluation method of design scheme combining with the priority of user needs to improve the user experience of cultural and creative lamps.Based on users'needs for cultural and creative lamps,fuzzy KANO model is applied to classify users'needs,and the priority of users'needs is determined by combining the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Emotional design theory is integrated into the design of cultural and creative lamps to improve the user’s experience.KANO model analysis is helpful to accurately find users'pain points,contribute to the integration of emotional design,and realize the hierarchical transmission of cultural values.Through a gradual,multi-level experience,users can deepen their emotional experience of lamps and improve the utilization of cultural and creative lamps.The combination of fuzzy KANO model and AHP can identify user preferences more accurately and establish emotional connections between users and products.
