习近平法治思想引领高校法治教育的意义及路径

摘　　要：以习近平法治思想为引领,加强高校法治教育工作,是建设社会主义现代化法治国家、弘扬社会主义核心价值观、推进高校法治教育体系创新和培养高素质法治公民的需要。近年来,我国高校法治教育取得了一些成绩,但仍然有不足之处,主要表现在高校法治教育的课程设置不系统,高校法治教育的社会环境、家庭环境、校园环境和网络氛围有待进一步改善,部分高校对法治教育投入不足,教师专业水平和教学方法有待进一步提高和改进,大学生法治意识和观念、法律能力有待进一步提升等方面。高校法治教育要以习近平法治思想为引领,不断提升法治教育水平,提升大学生法治素养和能力。Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law,strengthening the education of the rule of law for college students is the need of building a modern socialist country ruled by law,carrying forward the socialist core values,promoting the innovation of the rule of law education system in colleges and universities and cultivating high-quality citizens ruled by law.In recent years,the legal education of Chinese college students has made gratifying achievements,but there are still some deficiencies.These deficiencies mainly manifested in the rule of law education curriculum system,the rule of law education of social environment,family atmosphere,campus environment and network atmosphere to improve,part of the rule of law education investment,teachers'professional level and teaching methods to improve and improve,college students'rule of law consciousness and concept,legal ability to improve.Legal education in colleges and universities should be promoted under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law,constantly improve the level of legal education,and improve the legal literacy and ability of college students.
