摘　　要：近年来,随着电子政务的逐步推广,网络政务互动中的政府形象建构与政民和谐关系管理成为一个亟待关注的话题。本研究从形象建构与关系管理的视角出发,分析政府所构建的形象类型及其采用的话语资源,以及这些形象在政民和谐关系管理中的作用。研究发现,政府在网络政务互动中主要从法治、理性、情感三个维度采用不同的话语资源建构法治型、理性型和情感型三大类政府形象。通过情理法三维度的政府形象的有效互补与融合,可达到较为理想的政民网络互动关系管理效果。该研究探索了情理法交融的政府形象建构在关系管理中的重要作用,并为网络政务语言能力的提升提供了有益参考。In recent years,with the gradual promotion of network e-government service,the construction of the government image and the rapport management between the government and the netizens has arisen as an urgent topic.Based on the previous studies,this paper aims to analyze dif-ferent types of government images constructed through different discursive resources,as well as the pragmatic functions of these images in rapport management.It is found that the government manages rapport mainly from three dimensions:emotion,reason and law.During which three types of govern-ment images have been constructed,namely,images of ruling by law,by reason and by catering to emotion.The effective complementarity and integration of the three types of government images can achieve a better effect in rapport management.This study reveals the significant roles of emotion-rea-son-law integrated image construction in rapport management,and provides reference for the im-provement of online government interactive discursive capabilities.
