化石汤联合消炎利胆片治疗肝内胆管结石的疗效及对血清IL-6、CRP的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨化石汤联合消炎利胆片治疗肝内胆管结石的疗效及对血清白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)的影响。方法:选取肝内胆管结石患者112例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组给予消炎利胆片治疗,观察组在此基础上给予化石汤治疗,两组均治疗4周。观察两组治疗前后天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、谷丙转氨酶(glutamic pyruvic transaminase,ALT)、白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)及C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)的水平,并比较两组临床疗效和安全性。结果:观察组总有效率[94.64%(53/56)]高于对照组[82.14%(46/56)](P<0.05)。治疗后,两组AST、ALT、IL-6、CRP水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者乏力、腹泻、恶心及呕吐等不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:化石汤联合消炎利胆片治疗肝内胆管结石患者疗效确切,能够有效减轻患者的临床症状,促进肝功能的恢复,减轻炎症反应。Objective:To discuss clinical effects of Huashi Tang combined with Xiaoyan Lidan tablets in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones and the influence on serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP).Methods:A total of 112 patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones were chosen and randomly separated into the observation group and the control group with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated by Xiaoyan Lidan tablets,and the observation group by Huashi Tang,both groups were treated for four weeks.To observe the levels of AST,ALT,IL-6 and CRP before and after the treatment in both groups,and to compare clinical effects and the safety between both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was[94.64%(53/56)]was remarkably higher than[82.14%(46/56)]of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of AST,ALT,IL-6 and CRP were significantly lower than before the treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The difference had no statistical meaning in the adverse reactions such as weakness,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting during therapeutic period between both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huashi Tang combined with Xiaoyan Lidan tablets could gain definite effects in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones,it could effectively relieve the patients'clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of liver function and relieve inflammation.
