摘  要:针对配电网与电动汽车光储充电聚合商的优化运行问题进行研究,基于分析目标级联算法设计了一种能够兼顾配电网与聚合商利益的协同调控机制,这一协同调控机制通过指令与反馈的信息交互迭代达到收敛。配电网运营商考虑最优潮流问题,目标为最小化网损;聚合商考虑其运行优化问题,目标为最小化运行电费成本。双方迭代过程中目标均修正为增广拉格朗日函数,从而保证聚合商与配电网连接点的功率一致性。迭代收敛后聚合商对此时的总功率曲线进行校验和再分配,得到每个资源的运行策略。所设计的调控机制使得配电网与聚合商的协同运行优化问题解耦,适用于大规模协同运行优化问题的求解,保证了配电网与聚合商的隐私。This paper studies the optimal operation problem of the distribution network and the aggregators of photo-voltaic,energy storage,and electric vehicles.A coordinated regulation mechanism that takes into account the interests of both the distribution network and aggregators is designed based on the analytical target cascading algorithm.The coordination is performed in an iterative manner through the information exchange of instructions and feedback to achieve convergence.The distribution network operator considers the optimal power flow problem with the objective of minimizing network loss.The aggregators consider the optimal scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing operational cost.During the iterative process,both objectives of the distribution network and aggregators are modified to augmented Lagrangian functions to ensure the consistency of power at the connecting point.The converged power profiles of the aggregators are validated and redistributed to obtain the operation strategy for each resource.The proposed regulation mechanism decouples a large-scale optimization problem and protects the privacy of the dis-tribution network and the aggregators.
