摘 要:细菌耐药性妨碍抗菌药物的疗效,增加细菌感染的治疗失败风险,威胁动物和人类健康。明确细菌耐药特征以指导临床用药,是对抗耐药细菌感染的有效手段。目前,基于微生物培养的传统药敏试验存在操作繁琐和周期长等问题,而通过质谱技术检测细菌耐药性具有快速、灵敏、准确、通量大和所需样本少等诸多优势,具有推广应用的潜力。本文介绍了将质谱技术应用于细菌耐药性检测的两类技术原理和相关方法,分别为基于细菌与抗生素孵育的检测和基于耐药细菌生物标志物的检测,并简述了其在人医和兽医临床的应用情况、发展方向和前景展望。Bacterial drug resistance hinders the efficacy of antimicrobial drugs,increases the risk of treatment failure for bacterial infections,and poses a threat to both animal and human health.Clearly defining bacterial resistance characteristics to guide clinical drug use is an effective means of combating drug-resistant bacterial infections.Currently,traditional susceptibility tests based on microbial culture suffer from issues such as cumbersome operation and long cycles.In contrast,mass spectrometry-based detection of bacterial drug resistance offers advantages such as speed,sensitivity,accuracy,high throughput,and minimal sample requirements,demonstrating great potential for widespread application.This article introduces two principles of mass spectrometry techniques applied to bacterial drug resistance detection:detection based on bacterial incubation with antibiotics and detection based on biomarkers of drug-resistant bacteria,and briefly describes their applications in human and veterinary clinical settings,as well as outlining the current trends and prospects for future development.
