摘 要:教育善体现教育基于公正自由的价值导向和人的全面发展与人的解放的终极追求,为教育指明正确的追寻方向;教育善要通过教师的善行体现出来,但教师的善行要以教育善为引导,既要体现一般的道德善,更要体现教育善。同时,教育善与教师的善行应当统一,教师在教育实践中要做到知行合一。只有这样,教育善与教师的善行才能更好地展现其价值与力量。Education goodness embodies the value orientation of education based on justice and freedom,and the ultimate pursuit of man's all-round development and liberation,pointing out the right direction of pursuit for education.Education goodness should be reflected by the teachers'good behavior,but the teachers'good behavior should be guided by the education goodness,which should not only reflect the general moral good,but also reflect the education goodness.At the same time,the education goodness and the teachers'good behavior should be unified,and teachers should combine knowledge and practice in education practice.Only in this way,the value and power of the education goodness and the teachers'good behavior can be better displayed.
