不同采血管对血清胃泌素17样本保存时间的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同采血管对血清胃泌素17样本保存时间的影响。方法使用不同厂家的采血管采集样本,在不同时间点检测胃泌素17的含量,与首次检测结果比较,降幅在10%以内作为样本保存时间的判定标准,分析不同厂家采血管采集的样本保存时间。结果普通管样本,不同厂家的保存时间均小于4 h;促凝管和分离胶促凝管样本,河南驼人、广州阳普、武汉致远的保存时间可长达5 d;浏阳三力、江苏康健、积水医疗的保存时间均小于1 d。结论临床在检测胃泌素17时,推荐优选促凝管和分离胶促凝管进行样本采集。临床实验室使用前,建议先对所选的促凝管和分离胶促凝管进行胃泌素17稳定性验证。Objective To investigate the effect of different blood vessels on the preservation of serum gastrin 17 samples.Methods Samples from blood vessels collected from different manufacturers were used to detect the content of gastrin 17 at different time points.Compared with the first test results,the variation range of less than 10%was used as the judgment standard of sample storage time,and the storage time of samples collected from different manufacturers was analyzed.Results For ordinary tube samples,the storage time of different manufacturers was less than 4 hours;For procoagulant tubes and separation gel procoagulant tubes samples,the storage time of Henan Tuoren and Guangzhou Yangpu,and Wuhan Zhiyuan can be up to 5 days,and that o Jiangsu Kangjian,Liuyang Sanliand Jishui is less than 1 day.Conclusion When detecting gastrin 17 clinically,the preferred procoagulation tube and separation gel progel tube are recommended for sample collection.Stability verification of the selected pro-coagulation tubes and separation gel-promoting tubes is recommended before clinical laboratory use.
