摘  要:农村学校走出生存与发展困境的根本在于教育教学质量的提升。对W县农村学校的实地研究发现,学校管理及教师教学中存在的“散”“浅”“偏”“旧”问题是制约农村学校教学质量提升的主要因素。教师合作教学具有规范教师教学行为、产生高质量备课成果、营造良好的专业氛围、助力教师专业发展的作用。教师合作教学是促动农村学校课堂提质的有效着力点,学校可通过组织建设、制度完善、氛围营造的方法导引教师合作教学活动的开展。农村学校教师合作教学的高质量开展,需要重视理论在合作教学各环节的融入、充分使用课程标准与教材、对“合作”本身与“生成”内容进行监控反思、立足教学发展从课堂改善的判断中不断进行调整与优化。The basic solution for rural schools to step off difficult position of survival and development lies in the improvement of education and teaching quality.The field study of rural schools in W County found it is the problems of the uncooperative and ostensible teaching work,the private development and the misoneism in school management and teaching work that mainly restrict the improvement of rural school education and teaching quality.Cooperative teaching plays an important role in regulating teaching behavior,producing high-quality course preparation results,creating a good professional atmosphere and promoting teachers′professional development.Cooperative teaching work among teachers is an effective point to promote the improvement of classroom quality in rural schools.Schools can guide teachers to carry out cooperative teaching activities by means of organization construction,system improvement and atmosphere creation.To carry out cooperative teaching activities with high quality in rural schools,it is necessary to attach importance to the integration of theories in all aspects of cooperative teaching activities,make full use of curriculum standards and text books,reflect and monitor cooperation itself and generated content,adjust and optimize continuously from the judgment of classroom improvement based on the teaching development.
