摘　　要：职业教育集团化办学是我国深化职业教育改革的重要方式和途径之一,但其近年来的发展面临着实体化运行难、活力不足的困境。在系统性研究的基础上提出“三观两机制”概念,并从中观组织运行层面和微观工作推进层面分别给出“一体两引五驱动”“一端一链六模块”的具体方案,为更好地实体化运行职业教育集团化办学提供借鉴。Collectivized school-running of vocational education is one of the important ways to deepen the re⁃form of vocational education in China,but its development in recent years has faced the difficulties of hard operation and insufficient vitality.On the basis of systematic research,this paper innovatively puts forward the con⁃cept of“three respects and two mechanisms”,and proposes the specific schemes of“one community,two guides and five drives”and“one side,one chain and six modules”respectively from the meso organization operation and micro work promotion so as to provide reference for better materialized operation of vocational education groups.
