摘　　要：为及时了解2022年度阿克苏地区小麦质量状况,为粮食监管、存储、加工提供科学依据,本文对2022年新收获小麦质量情况进行监测。监测结果显示,2022年阿克苏地区小麦样品部分指标较上年度略有下降,但影响不大,相关指标均符合国家标准。因此,2022年阿克苏地区新收获小麦质量仍然较好,符合中央储备小麦收购和储存要求。In order to timely understand the quality status of wheat in Aksu region in 2022 and provide scientific basis for grain supervision,storage,and processing,this article monitors the quality of newly harvested wheat in 2022.The monitoring results show that some indicators of wheat samples in Aksu region in 2022 have slightly decreased compared to the previous year,but the impact is not significant,and the relevant indicators meet national standards.Therefore,the quality of newly harvested wheat in Aksu region in 2022 is still good,meeting the requirements for central reserve wheat procurement and storage.
