摘 要:针对编码器精度和外部扰动等导致永磁同步电机(PMSM)速度波动进而引起电机振动问题,提出了一种改进速度观测器算法抑制速度波动。结合状态观测器的原理与永磁同步电机模型,设计出速度观测器;然后,计算出合理的参数,利用转矩电流指令和电流反馈的差值等效负载扰动观测加入到速度观测器中进行改进优化,可改善编码器和外部扰动对速度波动的影响;最后,对该改进速度观测器进行仿真和实际应用分析,以验证该速度观测器的有效性。An improved speed observer algorithm is proposed to suppress speed fluctuations in permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM)caused by encoder accuracy and external disturbances,which in turn cause motor vibration.Combining the principle of state observer with the model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,a speed observer is designed.Then,reasonable parameters are calculated,and the difference between torque current command and current feedback is used as equivalent load disturbance observation to add to the speed observer for improvement and optimization.This can improve the impact of encoder and external disturbances on speed fluctuations;Finally,simulation and practical application analysis were conducted on the improved speed observer to verify its effectiveness.
