小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究并分析小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的效果。方法选取2021年8月—2022年7月本院收治的100例硬核白内障患者作为本次研究对象,按照计算机表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各50例。对照组采用传统超声乳化手术,实验组采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术,将两组患者角膜改善情况、前房房水炎症指标变化情况、散光度、视力变化情况以及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果治疗后,实验组角膜内皮细胞密度大于对照组,细胞平均面积以及角膜厚度小于对照组;两组患者闪光以及细胞计数均有所增加,实验组少于对照组;实验组散光度低于对照组,实验组视力高于对照组;实验组并发症总发生率明显少于对照组,上述组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障患者,有效改善患者的角膜基本情况,提高了患者视力,减少并发症发生,治疗安全性较好,值得在临床中推广与应用。Objective To study and analyze effect of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery for hard nucleus cataract.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with hard nucleus cataract admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to July 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and experimental group according to computer table method,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional phacoemulsification,and experimental group with small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery.Corneal improvement,changes in anterior chamber water inflammation indicators,astigmatism,vision changes,and complications were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,density of corneal endothelial cells in experimental group was higher than control group,average cell area and corneal thickness was lower than control group.Both groups showed increase in flash and cell count,that of experimental group was less than control group.Astigmatism of experimental group was lower than control group,while visual acuity of experimental group was higher than control group.Total incidence of complications in experimental group was significantly lower than control group,there was statistically significant difference between the groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery can effectively improve basic cornea condition of hard nuclear cataract patients,improve vision,reduce complications with good treatment safety,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
