干扰素栓联合宫颈环形电切术治疗HPV感染的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨干扰素栓联合宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗HPV感染的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月—2022年6月本院收治的60例HPV感染患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组,每组各30例。对照组以LEEP手术治疗,观察组在LEEP手术治疗后增加干扰素栓治疗。评估比较临床疗效、术后康复效果、炎症因子水平、免疫功能、治疗安全性等。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组阴道排液、阴道出血和创面愈合时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者体内的sICAM-1、MMP-6、NLRP3等观察参数要明显优于对照组患者,两个组别差异明显,具有研究价值和意义(P<0.05)。结论干扰素栓与LEEP刀联合治疗方案,在HPV治疗方面有着显著优势,可以加速患者康复,抑制炎症反应水平,改善患者的免疫功能。Objective To explore clinical effect of interferon suppositories combined with cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)knife in treatment of HPV infection.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with HPV infection admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with LEEP surgery,while observation group with interferon suppositories after LEEP surgery.Clinical effect,postoperative rehabilitation effect,levels of inflammatory factors,immune function,and treatment safety were evaluated and compared.Results Total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group had significantly lower vaginal discharge,vaginal bleeding,and wound healing time than control group(P<0.05).after a series of experiments,observed parameters of sICAM-1,MMP-6,NLRP3 in observation group were significantly better than control group,with significant difference between two groups,indicating research value and significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of interferon suppositories and LEEP knife can achieve significant advantages in treatment of HPV,can accelerate patient recovery,suppress inflammatory response levels,and improve immune function of patients.
