小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术在硬核白内障患者中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨硬核白内障应用小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗后的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2022年12月本院收治的124例硬核白内障患者为本次研究对象,随机分成常规组(68例)和研究组(56例)。常规组以常规切口囊外摘除白内障联合人工晶体置入手术,研究组以小切口非超声乳化白内障手术联合人工晶体植入手术,分析两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组角膜散光度、裸眼视力均优于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组BUT更长,SDES、SIT分数更低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<<0.05)。结论硬核白内障患者行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术联合人工晶体植入手术的效果显著,可改善泪腺功能及裸眼视力,改善散光情况,值得推广。Objective To explore effect of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation in treatment of hard nucleus cataract.Methods The paper chose 124 patients with hard nucleus cataract in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022,and divided them into routine group(68)and study group(56)randomly.Routine group was treated with extracapsular cataract extraction with routine incision combined with intraocular lens implantation,while study group with small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery combined with intraocular lens implantation.Curative effect was analyzed between two groups.Results after treatment,corneal astigmatism and naked eye vision of study group was better than routine group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).after treatment,study group had longer BUT,lower SDES,SIT scores,and(P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery combined with intraocular lens implantation can achieve significant effect for hard nucleus cataract patients,can improve lacrimal gland function,naked eye vision and astigmatism,which is worthy of promotion.
