大数据平台对流动儿童预防接种管理模式的作用

摘　　要：目的 研究并探讨大数据平台预防接种管理模式对流动儿童预防接种所起到的作用。方法 选取2021年1-12月、2022年1-12月这两个时间段辖区内的外来流动人口中的两批0~14岁流动儿童(各200例)作为研究样本,分别设置为对照组、研究组。对照组采取常规的流动儿童预防接种管理模式,研究组阶段采取基于大数据平台的流动儿童预防接种管理模式。对比两组儿童的建证率、建卡率及各类常见疫苗的接种情况,并对比两组儿童家长的满意度。结果 研究组在建证率、建卡率方面的数值均比对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究组百白破疫苗、乙肝疫苗、乙脑疫苗、卡介苗、含麻疹成分疫苗及脊髓灰质炎疫苗等疫苗的接种率均比对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究组儿童家长总满意率比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论 在流动儿童人群中,基于大数据平台开展流动儿童预防接种管理可提高流动儿童的计划免疫建证率和建卡率,提高各类疫苗的接种率,做好查漏补种,有利于减少各类常见传染性疾病在儿童人群中传播的风险,使儿童家长对于儿童预防接种服务更加满意。Objective To study and explore effect of big data platform vaccination management model in vaccination of migrant children.Methods The paper chose two batches migrant children aged 0-14 from floating population in the jurisdiction from January to December 2021 and from January to December 2022 as research samples,with 200 children in each,divided them into control group and study group respectively.Control group was treated with routine management model for vaccination,while study group with big data platform based management model for vaccination.Certificate establishment rate,card establishment rate and vaccination status of various common vaccines,satisfaction of parents was compared between two groups.Results Comparison showed,study group had higher values of establishment rate and card establishment rate than control group(P<0.05).Vaccination rates of DPT vaccine,hepatitis B vaccine,JE vaccine,BCG vaccine,measles containing vaccine and polio vaccine in study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Survey results on parental satisfaction in both groups showed,study group had higher overall satisfaction degree than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaccination management based on big data platforms can improve certification and card establishment rate of planned immunization of migrant children,can increase vaccination rates of various vaccines,and find omissions and revaccinate,which is beneficial for reducing transmission risks of various common infectious diseases,make parents satisfied with vaccination services of children.
