希望水平在脑卒中患者照顾者疾病不确定感与照顾者准备度间的中介效应

摘　　要：目的探讨希望水平在脑卒中患者照顾者疾病不确定感与照顾者准备度间的中介作用。方法2023年3—6月,采用便利抽样法选取305例脑卒中患者的照顾者为研究对象,对其一般资料、疾病不确定感、希望水平及照顾者准备度进行调查。结果脑卒中患者照顾者疾病不确定感得分为(82.09±10.18)分,希望水平得分为(35.69±3.08)分,照顾者准备度得分为(19.72±3.62)分;疾病不确定感与希望水平、照顾者准备度呈负相关(P<0.001),希望水平与照顾者准备度呈正相关(P<0.001);希望水平在疾病不确定感与照顾者准备度间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的39.80%。结论医护人员可充分发挥脑卒中患者照顾者希望水平的潜在效益,开展以希望水平为路径的心理干预,降低脑卒中患者照顾者疾病不确定感,提高其照顾者准备度。Objective To explore the mediating role of hope level between disease uncertainty and caregiver preparedness in caregivers for stroke patients.Methods From March to June 2023,305 caregivers for stroke patients were selected for the study by convenience sampling method.A survey was conducted on their general information,disease uncertainty,hope level,and caregiver preparedness.Results The scores of disease uncertainty,hope level and caregiver preparedness of caregivers for stroke patients were(82.09±10.18),(35.69±3.08)and(19.72±3.62),respectively.Disease uncertainty was negatively correlated with hope level and caregiver preparedness(P<0.001).Hope level was positively correlated with caregiver preparedness(P<0.001).Hope level played a partial mediating role between disease uncertainty and caregiver preparedness,with the mediating effect accounting for 39.80%of the total effect.Conclusion Medical staff can make full use of the potential benefits of hope level by providing caregivers for stroke patients with hope-oriented psychological intervention,so as to reduce their disease uncertainty and improve their caregiver preparedness.
