基于海船电子电气员培训标准的社会人员培训课程体系研究

摘　　要：海船电子电气员是海上交通运输船舶岗位之一,担负着海船电气电子和控制工程、维护与修理以及船舶操作与人员管理等职能。社会人员从事该岗位工作,需取得岗位适任证书——ETO。基于行业标准,研究制订了“750KW及以上船舶电子电气员(一年制)培训方案及课程设计”,并通过了主管机关论证许可。该研究提供了社会学员从业获证的路径,增强了学校服务社会职业培训的能力,保障了船员培养质量。Marine electronic and electrical engineer is one of the positions in marine transpor-tation vessels,responsible for marine electrical and electronic engineering,maintenance and repair,as well as ship operation and personnel management.Social personnel engaged in this position need to obtain a job qualification certificate-ETO.In this essay,a one-year training plan and course design has been developed for electronic and electrical personnel of 750KW and above"ship based on industry standards,which has been approved by the com-petent authority.This study provides a path for social trainees to obtain employment certifi-cates,enhances the school's ability to serve social vocational training,and ensures the quali-ty of crew training.
