摘  要:传统二冲程柴油机因其技术成熟,仍然是当前航运业的主流机型,结合ME-C船用主机发生警报故障现象以及主机拆检实际情况,分析气缸产生缸压过高的原因。研究FIVA阀结构以及工作原理,判断故障产生的可能原因,通过分析和排除,确立故障原因,并提出解决意见。The traditional two-stroke diesel engine is still the mainstream model in the cur-rent shipping industry due to its mature technology,this article analyzes the causes of ex-cessive cylinder pressure in the cylinder based on the alarm failure phenomenon and the ac-tual condition of ME-C marine main engine for disassembly and inspection.In order to dis-tinguish the possible causes of fault,the structure and working principle of the FIVA valve is studied,the cause of fault is established through analysis and troubleshooting,and the solutions are proposed.
