摘　　要：在高职院校商务英语专业教学中,实训教学是整个教学计划当中不可或缺的重要环节。传统的商务英语实训课程和人才培养模式已经不能满足日益变化的社会岗位需求,在分析高职院校商务英语实训教学现存的问题基础之上,深入探讨将跨境电商融入实训教学及人才培养体系,提出打造双师型教师队伍和企业合作团队、改善校内外实训环境条件和配套设施、校企共建实训基地,培养学生综合实践能力、创新创业能力等对策。In the teaching of business English in higher vocational colleges,practical teaching is an important and indispensable part of the whole teaching program.The traditional practical training courses and talent cultivation model of business English can no longer meet the changing needs of society.Based on the analysis and research of the main existing problems of business English practical teaching in higher vocational colleges,We discuss in depth the integration of cross-border e-commerce into the practical training teaching and talent training system,the creation of double-quality teachers’and enterprise cooperation teams as well as the improvement of the environmental conditions and supporting facilities for practical training both on-campus and off-campus,colleges and enterprises jointly build practical training bases so as to cultivate students'comprehensive practical skills and capacity for innovation and entrepreneurship.
