摘  要:增强国际商务硕士专业学位研究生应用能力是全日制专业学位研究生培养的核心,也是推动我国研究生教育教学质量的关键所在。介绍江西财经大学在国际商务(MIB)专业学位研究生人才培养过程中采用的“一体两翼四轮驱动”模式,强调以细分专业方向的人才培养为主体,优化校内导师和校外导师“两翼”协同培养机制,推进教学改革、学科竞赛、专业实践、社会服务四轮驱动,切实提升专业学位研究生培养质量。该人才培养模式的创新性受到广泛认可,显著提升了国际商务专业学位研究生的应用能力。Enhancing the application ability of professional degree graduates with master of international business is the core of full-time professional degree graduate training,and also the key to promoting the quality of graduate education and teaching in China.This paper introduces the"one body,two wings and four wheel drive"mode adopted by Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in the process of cultivating professional degree graduates in international business(MIB),that is,focusing on the cultivation of talents with subdivided professional directions,optimizing the"two wings"collaborative cultivation mechanism of on campus and off campus tutors,promoting the four wheel drive of teaching reform,discipline competition,professional practice and social service,and effectively improving the quality of professional degree graduate cultivation.The innovation of this talent training model has been widely recognized,significantly improving the application ability of professional degree graduates in international business.
