快速康复护理模式在小儿扁桃体切除术中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析小儿扁桃体切除术护理中应用快速康复护理的临床效果。方法 方便选取2021年1—11月福建医科大学附属龙岩市第一医院收治的扁桃体切除术治疗患儿104例作为研究对象,依据护理方法的不同分为快速康复护理组52例和常规护理组52例。常规护理组实施常规术后护理,快速康复护理组实施快速康复护理。比较两组术后疼痛程度、住院时间、症状持续时间、家长满意度。结果 快速康复护理组数字评分法评分为(2.87±1.10)分,低于常规护理组的(4.31±1.06)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.798,P<0.001)。快速康复护理组住院时间为(4.23±1.20)d,短于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.697,P<0.001)。快速康复护理组临床症状持续时间短于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。快速康复护理组家长满意度为100.00%,高于常规护理组的82.69%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.785,P=0.005)。结论 在扁桃体切除手术围术期针对小儿患者实施快速康复护理,可显著缓解患儿术后疼痛,加速术后恢复和症状消失,提高家长满意度。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in tonsillectomy nursing for children.Methods A total of 104 children treated with tonsillectomy in Longyan First Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January to November 2021 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into rapid rehabilitation nursing group(52 cases)and routine nursing group(52 cases)according to different nursing methods.Routine nursing group implemented routine postoperative nursing,rapid rehabilitation nursing group implemented rapid rehabilitation nursing.The degree of postoperative pain,length of hospital stay,duration of symptoms and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The numerical score of the rapid rehabilitation nursing group was(2.87±1.10)points,which was lower than that of the conventional nursing group(4.31±1.06)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.798,P<0.001).The length of hospital stay in the rapid rehabilitation nursing group was(4.23±1.20)d,which was shorter than that in the conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.697,P<0.001).The duration of clinical symptoms in the rapid rehabilitation nursing group was shorter than that in the conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of parents in the rapid rehabilitation nursing group was 100.00%,which was higher than 82.69%in the conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.785,P=0.005).Con⁃clusion In the perioperative period of tonsillectomy,rapid rehabilitation nursing for children can significantly relieve postoperative pain, accelerate postoperative recovery and symptom disappearance, and improve parents' satisfaction.
