择时穴位贴敷结合坐式偏瘫复原操对急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨择时穴位贴敷结合坐式偏瘫复原操对急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果。方法将120例急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者用随机数字表法,按1∶1∶1∶1的比例随机分成4组,A组为常规治疗组、B组在常规治疗的基础上加用择时穴位贴敷、C组为常规治疗的基础上加用择时坐式偏瘫复原操锻炼、D组在常规治疗的基础上加用择时穴位贴敷和坐式偏瘫复原操,各30例。4组患者分别于治疗前、治疗1周后和治疗2周后采用中风病中医证候评分量表、中风专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)、简式Fugl-Meyer评分量表(FMA)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)进行评定。结果4组患者治疗1周后、治疗2周后与治疗前相比较,各项评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且D组各项评分优于A、B、C组(P<0.05)。结论择时穴位贴敷结合坐式偏瘫复原操锻炼,能显著提高急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的日常生活活动能力、运动功能和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of timing acupoint application combined with sitting hemiplegia recovery exercise on hemiplegic patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute ischemic stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into 4 groups according to the ratio of 1∶1∶1∶1.Group A was the routine treatment group,group B was treated with timing acupoint application on the basis of the routine treatment group,group C was treated with timing sitting hemiplegia recovery exercise on the basis of the routine treatment group,and group D was the comprehensive treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The four groups were evaluated by TCM syndrome scale,stroke Special Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL),Fugl-Meyer Score Scale(FMA)and modified Barthel index(MBI)before treatment,1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,respectively.Results After 1 week of treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment,all the scores in the 4 groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in group D were better than those in group A,group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Timing acupoint application combined with sitting hemiplegia recovery exercise can significantly improve the activities of daily living,motor function and quality of life of hemiplegic patients with acute ischemic stroke.
