摘　　要：作者以多年的中医院实习带教工作经验为基础,探讨了中医院实习带教的方法,摸索出以培养实习生中药性状鉴别和西药调剂、审核综合能力为主的中医院特色带教内容,形成了规范的实习制度和考核标准,能让实习生在短期内将理论和实践相结合,迅速掌握工作技巧,提升实习生的专业技能和综合素质,提高中医院药房实习生求职的竞争能力,为今后的求职工作做良好铺垫。On the basis of many years of practice teaching experience in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,the author discussed the teaching methods of practice teaching in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,and found out the characteristic teaching of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,which focuses on cultivating interns'comprehensive ability in identification of traditional Chinese medicine properties,drug dispensing and prescription review.It has formed a standardized internship system and assessment standards,which can enable interns to combine theory and practice in a short period of time,quickly master work skills.It will improve their professional skills,comprehensive quality and the competition for job hunting which lays a good foundation for future job.
