摘　　要：本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术(proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation,PNF)是利用肌肉牵伸、关节挤压和牵拉、施加阻力等本体感觉刺激,促进神经肌肉收缩,从而改善异常运动模式的一种康复治疗技术。随着我国康复医学的高速发展,PNF在临床康复中得到了越来越广泛的关注,但其应用和发展仍然存在一定的局限性。本文回顾了近年来PNF技术在临床康复中的应用,分析以往研究中的不足,思考如何弥补现存不足,并将其与传统医学相结合,总结出科学有效的实践方法,以期更好地把PNF技术应用到临床康复中。Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF)is a rehabilitation treatment technique that uses pro-prioceptive stimuli such as muscle stretching,joint compression and traction,and resistance to promote neuromus-cular contraction and improve abnormal movement patterns.With the rapid development of rehabilitation medi-cine in China,PNF has received increasing attention in clinical rehabilitation,but its application and development still have certain limitations.This article reviews the recent applications of PNF technology in clinical rehabilita-tion,analyzes the shortcomings of previous studies,considers how to address existing deficiencies,and combines it with traditional medicine to summarize scientific and effective practical methods,with a view to better applying PNF technology to clinical rehabilitation.
