乡村振兴背景下农村人才队伍建设途径的思考

摘　　要：乡村振兴,人才是关键。农村人才队伍建设是乡村振兴的基础,实施乡村振兴战略,必须破解人才瓶颈制约。现阶段农村人口流失严重,年龄结构失衡,文化程度偏低,严重制约着农村经济的发展。文中分析了农村人口现状,重点研究加强农村人才队伍的建设途径,以期为乡村振兴提供强有力的智力支持和人力保障。Talents are the key to promoting rural revitalization.The construction of rural talent team is the basis of rural revitalization.Therefore,to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,the talent bottleneck must be broken.At this stage,the rural population loss is serious,the age structure is out of balance,and the level of education of the population is low,which seriously restricts the development of the rural economy.In this paper,we analyzed the current situation of the rural population,and focused on ways to strengthen the construction of the rural talent team,hoping to provide strong intellectual resource and manpower repertory for rural revitalization.
