摘  要:作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,地方行业特色高校在人才培养方面发挥着重要作用,关于其转型发展的问题受到学界的广泛关注。通过梳理以往研究发现,特殊的行业背景、行业特色学科与行业服务面向是其核心概念,学科专业设置、人才培养过程、学生毕业去向等方面呈现出的地方性、行业性、特色性、应用性是其主要特征。行业特色弱化、办学定位趋同、学科建设不科学、制度保障不力、行业资源优势消退等问题导致其发展陷入困境。因此,地方行业特色高校转型发展的关键路径在于学科发展要突出行业特色,学校发展要打破趋同化、摒弃综合化,加强校企合作与行业互动,建立现代化治理模式。As an important component of higher education in China,local industry characteristic universities play an important role in talent cultivation,and the issue of their transformation and development has received widespread attention from the academic community.After reviewing previous research,this article found that special industry background,industry specific disciplines,and industry service orientation are its core concepts,and the local,industry specific,distinctive,and applied characteristics presented in subject and major settings,talent cultivation processes,and student graduation destinations are its main characteristics.The weakening of industry characteristics,convergence of educational positioning,unscientific discipline construction,inadequate institutional guarantees,and the decline of industry resource advantages have led to difficulties in its development.The key path for the transformation and development of local industry characteristic universities is to highlight industry characteristics in disciplinary development,break the trend of assimilation and abandon comprehensiveness in school development,strengthen school enterprise cooperation and industry interaction,and establish modern governance models.
