摘 要:乡村振兴背景下,乡村教师肩负着新乡贤的角色期待,在乡村建设与发展过程中发挥着重要的推进作用。基于葛兰西的有机知识分子理论,迈向新乡贤的实践进路要求乡村教师在进行身份建构时要具备“有机性”,其具体表现为乡村教师作为知识分子的外在联系性与内在先进性。然而,乡村教师“离土化”的思维倾向、“脱群化”的生活模式和“专门化”的职业体制所衍生的问题却制约着教师的公共意识、公共参与和公共身份的发展。构建乡村教师的“有机性”需要将教师的个体生活与公共生活、学校空间与公共空间、专业性与公共性有机结合起来,从而助推乡村教师践行新乡贤的角色使命。Under the background of rural revitalization,rural teachers shoulder the role expectations of new rural sages and play an important role in the process of rural construction and development.Based on Gramsci's theory of organic intellectuals,the practical approach to new rural sages requires rural teachers to have"organic"in their identity construction,which is embodied in the external connection and internal advancement of rural teachers as intellectuals.However,the problems derived from the thinking tendency of"leaving the soil",the life mode of"leaving the group"and the professional system of"specialization"of rural teachers restricts their public consciousness,public participation and public identity.To construct the"organic"of rural teachers,it is necessary to combine individual life and public life,school space and public space,professionalism and publicity,so as to promote rural teachers to fulfill the role and mission of new rural talents.
