摘　　要：伴随着教学制度的不断深化和大学毕业生的工作环境的变化,毕业生的就业压力越来越大。在当前社会经济发展的大背景下,一些大学生顺应了社会发展趋势,而另一些大学生则没有跟上社会发展的步伐,使得他们找工作变得更加困难。通过对某应用型本科院校2022届和2023届毕业生求职意愿的调查研究,分析当前大学毕业生的就业观念和就业导向,为大学生择业观的培育提出建议。With the continuous deepening of the teaching system and the changing work environment for college graduates,the work pressure on graduates is increasing.In the current socio-economic development context,some college students have adapted to the social development trend,while others have failed to keep up with the pace of social development,making it more difficult for them to find employment.This paper conducts a survey on the job-seeking willingness of the 2022 and 2023 graduates of a certain applied undergraduate institution to analyze the employment concepts and orientations of current college graduates,and propose suggestions for cultivating the career outlook of college students.
