摘　　要：物联网技术及相关产业在我国得到迅猛发展,物联网专业人才缺口逐年加大,国家大力支持智能产业发展,唐山市物联网相关企业增多,急需解决技能人才总量不足、高技能人才规模偏小等问题。我院于2019年获批唐山市物联网高技能人才培训基地项目建设,为期三年,建设基础扎实,成果丰硕。结合唐山市物联网高技能人才培训基地项目建设成果,提出了培训基地建的几点经验。The Internet of Things technology and related industries have been rapidly developing in China,and the shortage of IoT professionals has been increasing year by year.Our country strongly supports the development of the intelligent industry,and there are more IoT related enterprises in Tangshan.There is an urgent need to solve the problems of insufficient total number of skilled talents and small scale of highly skilled talents.Our college was approved for the construction of the Tangshan Internet of Things High Skilled Talent Training Base project in 2019,lasting for three years.The construction foundation is solid and the results are fruitful.Based on the construction achievements of the Tangshan IoT High Skilled Talent Training Base project,this article proposes some experience for the reform and innovation of training base construction.
