用松针制备叶绿素铜钠盐的稳定性测试

摘  要:采用有机溶剂萃取法从松针中提取叶绿素,再制备成叶绿素铜钠盐,利用紫外吸收光谱测定其对光、热、酸碱以及氧化剂、还原剂的稳定性,为叶绿素铜钠盐的广泛应用提供技术参考。用松针制备叶绿素铜钠盐的紫外吸收光谱与标准曲线一致,亦与用蚕沙制备叶绿素铜钠盐的最大吸收峰位置一致。稳定性实验表明,用松针制备的叶绿素铜钠盐在<80℃的温度条件下很稳定,在中性和碱性条件下也较稳定,并具有很好的耐还原性,但其耐光性、耐酸性和耐氧化性稍差。据此建议叶绿素铜钠盐的保存温度应当控制在80℃以下,在使用时需尽量避免接触氧化剂,以及在pH 6~12的微酸、中性或碱性条件下使用。We extracted the chlorophyll from the pine needles in organic solvents,and then we also prepared the copper chlorophyll sodium.This paper attempts to discuss the copper chlorophyll sodium with the pine needles as raw materials and its stability to light,heat,acids,alkalis,oxidizing agents,and reducing agents was measured.This study also provides technical reference for the wide application of copper chlorophyll sodium.The study found that the absorption spectrometry of the sodiumcopper chlorophyll obtained from our experiment coincided with the standard curve.It was also consistent with the position of maximum absorption peak of copper chlorophyllin sodium prepared from dung of silkworms.The stability experiments show that the copper chlorophyll prepared sodium with pine needles is very stable below 80℃,stable at neutral and alkaline conditions,and has good reducing resistance,but its light resistance,acid resistance and oxidation resistance are slightly poor.Accordingly,it is recommended that the storage temperature of copper chlorophyll sodium should be controlled below 80℃,and contact with oxidants should be avoided when used,and it is suitable for use under slightly acidic,neutral or alkaline conditions with pH 6~12.
