摘　　要：以某型号网版印刷机机架为研究对象,对机架进行整体结构简化,同时为机架内部做受力分析,并利用ANSYS有限元仿真软件对机架结构强度模态进行分析,得出整体的刚度和振动频率,以验证设计的合理性,为后续的工程优化设计提供参考价值。In this paper,a certain model of screen printing machine frame as the object of study,the overall structure of the frame to simplify,while the internal force analysis for the frame,and the use of ANSYS finite element simulation software on the structural strength of the frame modal analysis,to derive the overall stiffness and vibration frequency,in order to validate the reasonableness of the design,and to provide a reference value for the subsequent optimization of the design of the project.
