钛白粉性能对涂膜性能的影响研究

摘  要:针对钛白粉粒度、吸油量、分散性、颜料体积浓度(PVC)对涂膜性能的影响进行研究,通过对比涂膜光泽及遮盖力的测试结果,确定钛白粉最佳性能参数,并选取不同包覆方式的国内产品与国外产品进行老化试验,结果显示经有机包覆处理的国外产品R2其耐候性能更佳,建议对涂膜用钛白粉进行有机包覆。The effects of titanium dioxide particle size,oil absorption,dispersion and pigment volume concentration(PVC)on film properties were studied.By comparing the test results of film gloss and hiding power,the best performance parameters of titanium dioxide were determined.Domestic products of different coating methods were selected for aging tests with foreign products.The results showed that the weathering performance of foreign product R2 after organic coating treatment was better.It is recommended that films be coated organically with titanium dioxide.
