摘　　要：肿瘤内皮细胞标志物8(TEM8)是一种高度保守的单次跨膜糖蛋白。TEM8是肿瘤内皮标志物家族中较为特别的一员,首次发现于结肠癌组织中,研究表明TEM8在多种恶性肿瘤细胞与肿瘤血管内皮特异性表达,并参与肿瘤增殖、血管形成等恶性生物学行为,是一些恶性肿瘤早期诊断和预后的生物标志物,并可作为恶性肿瘤治疗新靶点。该文将介绍TEM8在恶性肿瘤中的作用机制以及其在临床中的应用进展。Tumor endothelial marker 8(TEM8)is a highly-conserved single-shot transmembrane glycoprotein.TEM8 is a special member of the tumor endothelial marker family,which wasfirst discovered in colon cancer tissues.Studies have shown that TEM8 is specifically expressed in a variety of malignant tumor cells and tumor vascular endothelia,and participates in malignant biological behaviors,such as tumor proliferation and angiogenesis,which is a biomarker for early diagnosis and prognosis of some malignant tumors,and can be used as a new target for the treatment of malignant tumors.This article will introduce the mechanism of TEM8 in malignant tumors and its clinical application progress.
