新时代终身教育体系构建的意义及实现路径

摘　　要：终身教育是促进人全面发展的有效手段,是提高国民素质的重要途径,是我国向教育强国迈进的必需之举。在全球一体化浪潮下,越来越多的国家不断完善终身教育体系,构建新时代终身教育体系是推进学习型社会建设的重要途径,是不断提高人才质量的有效途径,是满足新时代人民日益增长的美好生活需要的重要支撑,是党中央在新时代作出的重大决策。新时代终身教育体系应当从推进学习型组织建设、加快开放大学和“学分银行”建设、推进终身学习的文化载体建设、构建有质量的人工智能终身教育生态系统链等多路径建设。Lifelong education is an effective means to promote the all-round development of people,an important way to improve the quality of the people,and a necessary move for China to move towards a country of strong education.Under the wave of global integration,more and more countries continue to improve the lifelong education system.Building a lifelong education system in the new era is an important way to promote the construction of a learning society,an effective way to continuously improve the quality of talents,an important support to meet the people’s growing needs for better life in the new era,and a major decision made by the Party Central Committee in the new era.The lifelong education system in the new era should be constructed from multiple paths,such as promoting the construction of learning organizations,accelerating the construction of open universities and“credit banks”,promoting the construction of cultural carriers for lifelong learning,and building a high-quality lifelong education ecosystem chain based on artificial intelligence.
