摘　　要：Aloin is the main medicinal component extracted from Aloe vera.It is a natural anthraquinone compound,with anticancer,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial and other biological functions.This paper reviews the pharmacological action and related mechanisms of aloin,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of aloin.
