摘　　要：查尔斯·汉迪在《觉醒的年代》《工作与生活的未来》等论著中,集中表达了其休闲思想。其休闲思想主要内容有倡导主动休闲,处理好工作、家庭、学习和休闲之间的关系,在休闲中积极履行相应的社会责任,才能更好地体悟人生的价值和意义。其休闲思想在当今社会仍有重要的启示意义:应坚持休闲有利于促进人的全面发展的实践导向;重视休闲活动积极的社会价值,提升全民的休闲幸福感;注重休闲管理,积极发展休闲产业和休闲经济;积极开展休闲教育,培养科学正确的休闲理念。Charles Handy expresses his leisure thought in his series works such as The Empty Raincoat and The Future of Work and Life.The main contents of his leisure thoughts are to advocate active leisure,to deal with the relationship between work,family,study and leisure,and to carry out the corresponding social responsibilities actively in leisure,to better understand the value and meaning of life.His leisure thoughts still have important implications in today’s society:we should adhere to the practice orientation that leisure is beneficial to the all-round development of people;we should pay attention to leisure management,actively develop leisure industry and leisure economy,actively carry out leisure education and cultivate scientific and correct leisure ideas.
