摘 要:【目的】为研究柠条全日混发酵饲料不同配比对颗粒饲料成型品质的影响。【方法】试验设计不同精饲料与粗饲料(柠条发酵饲料)比例及不同水分含量处理,按照颗粒饲料生产工艺流程生产颗粒饲料,比较不同水平下精粗料占比对颗粒饲料感官性状、含粉率、粉化率、硬度、容重、密度、长度和直径等物理指标和营养成分的影响。【结果】结果表明:当柠条全日混发酵饲料粗料占20%、精料占80%,且混合料含水量为21.1%时,颗粒饲料感官性状要优于其他比例颗粒饲料;且不同处理颗粒饲料的粉化率、含粉率随着饲料含水量的增加而减小,硬度则逐渐升高,容重显著降低,颗粒的长度随之先降低后升高;添加发酵饲料的粗蛋白含量均较未添加的高,EE、CF、NDF、ADF、ADL含量及能量均较未添加发酵饲料的低。【结论】颗粒饲料营养成分提高,利于家畜消化吸收,颗粒饲料品质上升。[Objective]This study aims to investigate the effects of different ratios of whole-day fermented feed with Caragana korshinskii on the quality of pelleted feed.[Method]The experiment was designed to include different ratios of concentrate feed to roughage feed(fermented feed with Caragana korshinskii)and different moisture content treatments.Pelleted feed was produced according to the process of pelleted feed production,and the effects of different levels of concentrate to roughage ratio on the sensory characteristics,powder content,powdering rate,hardness,bulk density,density,length,diameter,and nutritional components of the pelleted feed were compared.[Result]The results showed that when the ratio of roughage to concentrate feed in the whole-day fermented feed with Caragana korshinskii was 20%,and the moisture content of the mixed feed was 21.1%,the sensory characteristics of the pelleted feed were better than those of other ratio feeds.The powdering rate and powder content of the pelleted feed decreased with the increase of feed moisture content,while the hardness gradually increased.The bulk density significantly decreased,and the length of the pellets first decreased and then increased.The crude protein content of the pelleted feed with fermented feed was higher than that without fermented feed,while the contents of EE,CF,NDF,ADF,ADL,and energy were lower than those without fermented feed.[Conclusion]The improvement of nutritional components in pelleted feed is beneficial for the digestion and absorption of livestock,and it enhances the quality of pelleted feed.
