摘 要:为对铁路道岔除雪设备电加热过程进行精准控制,有效去除铁路道岔的积雪,该文提出一种铁路道岔除雪设备电加热控制方法。首先通过除雪设备中的传感器采集铁路道岔雪深数据和轨温数据;然后通过模糊决策方法建立数据过滤模型,借助模型排除雪深数据和轨温数据中的异常值,获取有效数据;最后将模糊控制和PID控制相结合建立模糊PID控制器,根据雪深和轨温数据确定除雪设备需要加热温度,利用模糊PID控制器控制铁路道岔除雪设备电加热温度。实验结果表明,所提方法具有更好的控制性能,可满足铁路道岔除雪设备电加热的控制需求。To accurately control the electric heating process of railway switch snow removal equipment and effectively remove snow accumulation on railway switches,this paper proposes a control method for electric heating of railway switch snow removal equipment.First,the snow depth data and rail temperature data of railway turnout are collected through the sensors in the snow removal equipment,and then the data filtering model is established through the fuzzy decision-making method.With the help of the model,the outlier in the snow depth data and rail temperature data are eliminated to obtain effective data.Finally,a fuzzy PID controller is established by combining fuzzy control and PID control.The heating temperature of the snow removal equipment is determined based on the snow depth and rail temperature data,and the fuzzy PID controller is used to control the electric heating temperature of the railway switch snow removal equipment.The experimental results show that the proposed method has better control performance and can meet the control requirements of electric heating for railway switch snow removal equipment.
