产教融合助推行业特色高校“双一流建设”路径探究

摘　　要：产教融合是产业与教育的深度合作,对助力一流人才培养,提高行业特色高校的科研、科技成果转化和社会服务水平,推动“双一流”建设发挥重要作用。当前行业特色高校的产教融合实践中仍存在合作凝聚力不强,人才培养和科研协同机制不完善等问题。本文认为行业高校应从增强校企合作的凝聚力着手,进行再行业化,加强与行业企业开展的深度合作,在共同参与的基础上积极探索产教融合模式,健全产教融合机制,促进产教融合下的人才培养和科研合作的深入开展,推动行业特色高校的“双一流”建设。The integration of industry and education is a deep cooperation between industry and education,which plays an important role in assisting the cultivation of first-class talents,improving the scientific research,scientific and technological achievements transformation,and social service level of industry characteristic universities,and promoting the"double first-class construction".Currently,there are still problems in the practice of integration of industry and education for industry characteristic universities,such as weak cooperation cohesion,incomplete talent cultivation and research coordination mechanisms.This article believes that industry universities should start with enhancing the cohesion of school enterprise cooperation,perform re-industrialization,strengthen deep cooperation with industry enterprises,actively explore industry education integration models based on joint participation,improve industry education integration mechanisms,and promote talent cultivation and scientific research cooperation under industry education integration,thereby advancing the"double first-class construction"of industry characteristic universities.
