摘  要:以有机蒙脱土(OMMT)为纳米填料、硼酸(BA)为化学交联剂协同改性可生物降解材料聚乙烯醇(PVA),通过溶液插层-流延成膜法制备了PVA/OMMT/BA复合膜。采用红外光谱、X射线衍射和扫描电镜对复合膜的结构、形貌进行了表征,探究了OMMT添加量对BA交联协同作用下复合膜的热稳定性、力学性能和气体阻隔性能的影响。结果表明,与纯PVA膜相比,添加4%OMMT的复合膜综合性能最优,最大热分解温度从258.4℃升高到361.6℃,拉伸强度从57.40 MPa提高到108.15 MPa,断裂伸长率从130.84%降低至77.60%,氧气透过率为21.0 cm^(3)/(m^(2)·d·0.1 MPa),较纯PVA膜降低了80.2%。By using organic montmorillonite(OMMT)as nano-filler,boric acid(BA)as chemical crosslinking agent to co-modify biodegradable polymer polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),and the PVA/OMMT/BA composites were prepared by solution intercalation and flow forming method.The structure and morphology of the composite films were characterized by FT-IR,XRD and SEM.The effects of OMMT addition on thermal stability,mechanical properties and gas barrier properties of the BA crosslinking composite films were investigated systematically.Compared with pure PVA film,the PVA/OMMT/BA composite film with 4%OMMT show the best comprehensive performance,and the maximum thermal decomposition temperature increases from 258.4℃to 361.6℃.And the tensile strength of the films increases from 57.40 MPa to 108.15 MPa,while the elongation at break decreases from 130.84%to 77.60%.Additionally,the oxygen permeability is 21.0 cm^(3)/(m^(2)·d·0.1 MPa),which is 80.2%lower than that of pure PVA film.
