摘 要:针对爆炸箔起爆器抗直流电流能力和意外受到射频敏感特性的相关问题,建立了爆炸箔1A1min及最大不损坏电流试验方法,开展了不同基底结构的爆炸箔1A1min不损坏电流以及最大不损坏电流试验验证。试验结果表明:采用本试验方法可以有效地测试爆炸箔起爆器1A1min不损坏电流值及最大不损坏电流值;爆炸箔在经历1A1min不损坏电流试验前后的桥区几乎没有发生任何变化,且试验后其功能正常、作用可靠;对于聚酰亚胺基底的爆炸箔,当加载电流值越接近最大不损坏电流值时,桥区反应颜色越深;对于陶瓷基底的爆炸箔,当施加电流小于最大不损坏电流时,桥区颜色几乎未发生明显变化;两种不同基底结构的爆炸箔在经历最大不损坏电流试验后,桥区的电阻和电感参数均未发生明显变化,均在测试误差±10mΩ和±10nH范围之内。For the DC current resistance of exploding foil initiator and relevant issues of accidental exposure to RF-sensitive properties of the exploding foil initiator,the 1A 1min and maximum undamaged current test methods were established,the 1A 1min undamaged current and maximum undamaged current verification tests of the exploding foil with different substrate structures were carried out.The test results show that:the 1A 1min undamaged current value and maximum undamaged current value of exploding foil initator can be measured effectively by this test method.There is almost no change in the bridge area of exploding foil before and after 1A 1min undamaged current test and its function is still normal and reliable.For polyimide substrate of the exploding foil,the closer the value of the loading current to the maximum undamaged current value,the bridge area reaction color is darker;For ceramic substrate of the exploding foil,when the applied current is less than the maximum undamaged current,the color of the bridge area is almost no significant changed;The resistance and inductance parameters of the bridge area of the two exploding foils with different substrate structures do not undergo any significant change after the maximum undamaged current test,and they are all within the test error of±10mΩand±10nH.
