摘　　要：PID在工业过程控制中的应用非常广泛,保持PID控制回路的良好状态能充分发挥控制的效能,有利于实现装置的节能降耗、提质增效、安全环保。本文结合实际使用,探讨了工业控制回路PID参数整定中常用的试凑法及Lambda整定法。PID is widely used in industrial process control.Keep the good state of PID control loop can give full play to the efficiency of control,which is conducive to realizing energy saving,consumption reduction,quality and efficiency improvement,safety and environmental protection of the device.In this paper,the trial-and-error method and Lambda tuning method used in PID parameter tuning of industrial control loop are discussed.
