摘  要:从整体上看,当代医学生理想信念是积极向上的,但受部分因素影响,医学生理想信念的树立存在一些问题,呈现出社会本位和个人本位观念交织、社会理想和个人理想产生分离、感性认同和理性实践出现矛盾、物质追求和自我实现需求凸显的特点。因此,医科类院校要着眼于提升医学生理想信念教育的价值引领力、教育渗透力、表达亲和力和实践体悟力,增强理想信念教育效果,从而培养出理想信念崇高、勇于担当使命的新时代合格医学人才。On the whole,the contemporary medical students′ideals and beliefs are positive and upward,but due to some factors,there are some problems in the establishment of medical students′ideals and beliefs,showing the interweaving of social and personal standards,the separation of social and personal ideals,the contradiction between emotional identification and rational practice,and the prominent demand for material pursuit and self realization.Therefore,we should focus on enhancing the value leadership,educational penetration,expression affinity,and practical understanding of ideal and belief education for medical students,enhancing the effectiveness of ideal and belief education,and cultivating qualified medical personnel with lofty ideals and beliefs and the courage to take on missions in the new era.
