摘　　要：依托1+X老年照护职业技能等级证书试点,利用专业优势探索院校培育和社会育训两轮驱动的养老护理人才培养新路径,创新育训内容与方法,突出产教融合,助力区域养老服务人才队伍的持续壮大,进一步突显职业教育服务经济社会发展的职能。Relying on the pilot of 1+X elderly care vocational skill level certificate,we can make use of our professional advantages to explore a new path of training elderly care personnel driven by college cultivation and social training,innovate the training content and method,and highlight the integration of industry and education.Thus,the personnel team of regional elderly care service can be continuous expand,emphasizing the function of the vocational education to serve the development of the economy and society.
