摘  要:目的分析视频反馈与情景模拟结合教学法应用于儿科临床带教中对护生自主学习能力及学习效果的影响。方法对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用视频反馈与情景模拟结合教学法,比较两组护生自主学习能力、临床思维能力、核心能力及学习效果。结果带教后,观察组自主学习能力、临床思维能力、核心能力及学习效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论视频反馈与情景模拟结合教学法带教效果显著,不仅能提高护生自主学习能力、临床思维能力、核心能力,还能增强护生学习效果。Objective To analyze the impact of the combing video feedback and scenario simulation teaching method in pediatric clinical teaching on the nursing students′self-taught ability and learning effectiveness.Methods The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the observation group used a combination of video feedback and scenario simulation teaching methods.The self-taught ability,clinical thinking ability,core competence,and learning effectiveness of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results After teaching,the observation group had better self-taught ability,clinical thinking ability,core competence,and learning effect than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of video feedback and scenario simulation teaching method has a significant teaching effect,which can not only improve the nursing students′independent learning ability,clinical thinking ability,and core ability,but also enhance their learning effectiveness.
