摘 要:目的调查广东高校医学生榜样钦佩感现状并分析影响因素。方法应用一般资料调查表、钦佩感量表、医学生职业认同感量表、社会责任感量表对广东7所高校405名在校医学生进行问卷调查。结果广东高校医学生钦佩感量表得分为(34.48±4.74)分,职业认同感量表得分为(136.93±19.05)分,社会责任感量表得分为(114.92±11.91)分,榜样钦佩感与职业认同感和社会责任感呈正相关关系。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、年级、职业认同感是医学生榜样钦佩感的主要影响因素。结论广东高校医学生具有较强榜样钦佩感,高校应针对不同年级开展职业认知与榜样教育,引导其树立正确的榜样观,提升职业素养与道德水平,为今后的职业发展奠定基础。Objective To investigate the Status of role model admiration among medical students in Guangdong universities and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A survey was conducted on 405 medical students from 7 universities in Guangdong using a General Information Questionnaire,a Sense of Admiration Scale,Medical Student Position Identity Scale,and a Social Responsibility Scale.Results The score of the Guangdong University Medical Students′Admiration Scale was(34.48±4.74),the Position Identity Scale was(136.93±19.05),and the Social Responsibility Scale was(114.92±11.91).The admiration for role models was positively correlated with position identity and social responsibility.Multiple linear regression analysis shows that gender,grade,and occupational identity are the main influencing factors for medical students′sense of role model admiration.Conclusion M-edical students in Guangdong universities have a strong sense of admiration for role models.Universities should carry out vocational cognition and role model education for different grades,guide them to establish a correct perspective on role models,improve their professional literacy and moral level,and lay a foundation for future career development.
