摘　　要：目的探讨基于工作坊的培训模式在基层医院护士科研能力培训中的应用效果。方法选取某基层医院31名护士为研究对象,进行为期7个月的护理科研培训,比较培训前后护士科研能力及取得的科研成果。结果培训后,护士问题发现能力、科研实践能力、资料分析能力3个维度得分显著高于培训前。结论基层医院护士科研能力不足,以工作坊形式开展的护理科研培训能够在一定程度上提高其科研能力。Objective To explore the application effect of a workshop based training model in the training of nurses′scientific research abilities in grassroots hospitals.Methods 31 nurses from a grassroots hospital were selected as the research subjects for a 7-month nursing research training,and their research abilities and achievements before and after the training were compared.Results After training,the scores of nurses′problem-solving ability,scientific research practice ability,and data analysis ability in three dimensions were significantly higher than before training.Conclusion Nurses in grassroots hospitals have insufficient research capabilities,and nursing research training conducted in the form of workshops can improve their research capabilities to a certain extent.
