虚实结合教学模式在遗传学实验中的探索与实践

摘　　要：以遗传学中经典的果蝇杂交实验为例,对虚拟仿真和实体实验相结合的教学模式进行了探索与实践。通过分析虚拟仿真实验操作数据、实验报告和考核成绩,结合学生实验操作情况发现:虚实结合的教学模式能够激发学生学习兴趣;减少实验操作盲目性,提升实验效率;有助于学生加深对实验的理解,提高期末成绩和实验报告质量,取得良好的教学效果。在虚实结合的教学模式中,应把握好“虚”与“实”的度,合理利用虚拟仿真实验,从而提升学生科学思维和创新思维等能力。A teaching mode combined virtualization and reality is established,and then,a series of research and practice on the classical genetic experiment"drosophila hybridization experiment"were explored.By analyzing the operation data of virtual simulation experiments,experimental reports,and examination achievements,combined with students′experimental operations,the paper presented that this teaching mode can stimulate students′interest in learning,reduce experimental blindness,improve the efficiency of experimental operation,help to deepen the understanding of the experiments,and enhance students′assessment scores and the quality of experiment reports significantly.In the teaching mode combined virtualization and reality,teachers should balance the proportion of"virtual"and"real",use the virtual simulation experiments reasonably to improve abilities of students such as scientific and innovative thinking.
